We couldn't find a beer. So we built something better.
It started with a trip to Bend, Oregon, hunting for a chocolate milk stout on nitro. We checked every app, clicked through venue websites, wandered into bars. Came up empty.
The beer was probably on tap somewhere. We just couldn't find it.
That's the problem. There's no simple way to know what's pouring nearby. Venue tap lists are buried, outdated, or don't exist online. The big platforms are pricey and clunky. Local spots deserve a better way to be found, not just for what they're pouring, but for their amenities too.
So we built Hoppin, a simple platform, free for venues, that helps them show off what's on tap and helps people find exactly what they're looking for. No app download needed. Just a map, real-time tap lists, notifications, venue info, and a growing community of venues and the people who love them.
